Cricket In A Bamboo Bottle – MP3 December 2017

Cricket In A Bamboo Bottle.

I used to do that little trick
Poking you with my stick
I would make you buzz all night long

I used to do that little trick
With my old poking stick
You would sing your favourite song

I’d make you buzz like a cricket
Cricket in a bamboo bottle
I would make you buzz all night long
Like a cricket in a bamboo bottle

Beneath a silver night moon kite
White light could shine so bright
I would make you buzz all night long

I would still do that little trick
With my old poking stick
You would sing your favourite song

I’d make you buzz like a cricket
Cricket in a bamboo bottle
I would make you buzz all night long
Like a cricket in a bamboo bottle

Harri, Steve and Craig in Sandy Springs

Harri Rogers, Steve Baird and Craig Rafuse in Sandy Springs, Atlanta Georgia.

After playing together at the Get Off The Grid Fest Solar Expo & Sustainability Fair at the Union County Arena in Hemptown, North Georgia on 19th August 2017  Steve Baird, Craig Rafuse and I went back to Steve’s basement studio and laid down some parts for a rock and roll song called Cricket In A Bamboo Bottle. Afterwards I took the stems back home with me and last weekend three members of The Unbroken Ponies,  Steve Young, Andrew Howell, and Robert Goldsmith added more parts in Andrew Howell’s studio , Andy’s Gaff, in Frome, Somerset, England. Today I got a copy of the mix from Andrew and here it is. Cheers everyone involved for making me happy.
